In a strategic move to simplify personal loan access, InCred Finance, a diversified non-banking financial company (NBFC), has joined forces with Ola Money. This new partnership enables Ola users to apply for personal loans directly through the Ola app, streamlining the borrowing process and enhancing user convenience.

Prithvi Chandrasekhar, the CEO of Consumer Finance at InCred Finance, is excited about this partnership, saying, “By incorporating advanced technology, this collaboration offers a simplified, trouble-free loan experience, making it more accessible for Ola users to secure the financing they require.” With this integration, users of the Ola app can now apply for personal loans up to ₹10 lakh directly within the app, greatly simplifying the process of getting a loan.

Mahindra Finance announced Key Leadership Appointments

In the realm of financial news, Mahindra Finance has recently announced two key appointments at the senior executive level. Bijoy Thaplial has been named the Chief Business Officer for Leasing, Partnerships, and Payments. Thaplial, with extensive background in financial organizations, will lead Quiklyz, the firm’s division focused on vehicle leasing and subscription services. His responsibilities include seeking out and developing strategic partnerships, and improving the delivery of all products related to payments.

Apart from him, Mod Narayan Singh has been appointed as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Singh, with a background in regulatory oversight from the Reserve Bank of India, will be responsible for overseeing compliance functions across the organization. His role will involve assisting the board and senior management in implementing and maintaining the company’s overall compliance policies.

These strategic moves highlights Mahindra Finance’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and expanding its service offerings.
