Indian YouTuber and fitness influencer Gaurav Taneja, popularly known as “Flying Beast,” has achieved a significant milestone for his sports nutrition brand, BeastLife. The startup recently secured an investment of ₹1.9 crore from Indian cricketer Rinku Singh, elevating BeastLife’s valuation to ₹120 crore.

Rinku Singh’s Strategic Investment

Rinku Singh, renowned for his performances with the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL and his contributions to the Indian national team, has invested ₹1.9 crore in BeastLife. This investment not only provides capital but also brings Singh on board as the brand ambassador, aiming to enhance BeastLife’s credibility and reach within the athletic community.

BeastLife’s Product Line and Growth

Founded in 2023 by Gaurav Taneja and co-founder Raj Gupta, BeastLife offers a range of sports nutrition products, including whey protein, creatine monohydrate, and energy-boosting mass gainers. The brand emphasizes clean formulations and scientifically validated ingredients to meet the demands of modern athletes. With a commitment to quality and authenticity, BeastLife aims to empower individuals in their fitness journeys by promoting effective, natural supplements that help achieve peak performance. Despite its recent launch, BeastLife has quickly gained traction and is making its mark in India’s growing fitness market.

 Shark Tank India Appearance

Earlier, Taneja and Gupta appeared on Shark Tank India Season 4, seeking ₹1 crore for a 1% equity stake, valuing BeastLife at ₹100 crore. Despite their compelling pitch, the sharks expressed skepticism about the high valuation and the founders’ dual focus on content creation and entrepreneurship. Notably, Anupam Mittal remarked, “You are a good influencer, but a very terrible entrepreneur,” highlighting concerns about the startup’s long-term vision and equity structure.

 Post-Shark Tank Traction

Despite not securing a deal on the show, BeastLife experienced a surge in visibility and sales. Co-founder Raj Gupta revealed that the brand’s website traffic multiplied sixfold, and sales tripled after their pitch went viral on YouTube.

 Future Outlook

With Rinku Singh’s investment and endorsement, BeastLife is poised to expand its footprint in India’s burgeoning fitness and wellness market. The brand aims to leverage Singh’s athletic influence to promote its products and reinforce its commitment to supporting athletes with high-quality nutrition solutions.
